My client is a niche I.T outsourcer. They offer a wide portfolio of clients to work with.
You will need:
Strong desktop and server skill set Win XP,7 Server 2008,2012, AD, DHCP, DNS, Networking, Routers, Switches, Firewalls VMware ESXi a must, Veeam Backup a must Citrix XenApp/Desktop preferable.
Strong customer facing experience, must have exemplary telephone manner.
