2nd / 3rd Line Engineer – Office365

Salary: £300 – £420 per day

2nd / 3rd Line – 0ffice365, Active Directory, Windows, Networking – Sheffield

My client urgently requires a 2nd / 3rd Line professional to assist in the escalation of tickets from the Service Desk during a busy period / growth. Essential skills include Office365, Active Directory, Hardware, Networking, Routing & Switching, Monitoring Services, Installation, Configuration and Infrastructure. The environment is Windows and you must be comfortable in dealing with Router switching protocols as well as Windows Server. There could be other positions solely focusing on 2nd Line and others focusing on 3rd Line.
