We are currently looking for a Dispensing Assistant in our Stratford branch, working 20 hours per week each, on in the morning one in the afternoon. Reporting to the Pharmacist Manager. your overall responsibility will be to participate in the whole dispensing process.

The role will also involve establishing and developing long term relationships with customers ensuring to always deliver courteous and effective customer service. You will be required to assist in the delivery of all commercial pharmacy services where appropriate, including blood pressure measuring and weight management.

In this role you will be required to complete administrative records, and ensure that these records are adequately maintained. You will effectively manage pharmaceutical stock and equipment, including the administration of receiving, storing, maintaining and issuing. You may be required to deliver healthcare advice and signpost where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or Accredited Equivalent (proof Mpharm Degree). However, we will also accept a trainee
