Our client is looking for an Engineer who will be involved in technical support and escalations, as well as migration projects and server-side support!

The role involves:
Excellent communication to ensure clients receive prompt and effective technical assistance.
The ability to identify problems and discover solutions.
Educate our clients on basic technical procedures.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation
Collaborating with fellow engineers and teams
Escalating complex problems to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support when needed

Desirable technical skills and ability to:
Support and Troubleshoot Office 365 applications, windows desktops and Azure cloud services.
Resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
Migrate systems and applications.
Set up and relocate IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support to customers with effective communication.
