Key Skills:
- Passion for technology and IT
- Some experience of 1st line support /helpdesk
- Basic server administration
- Basic Exchange and Office 365 administration
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting network issues
- Microsoft office support
- Strong communication skills
