Salary: £26,000 per year
I am currently recruiting for 1st line IT support based in Leeds City Centre
The Technical Operators work in a 1st line technical support capacity dealing with technical queries, and undertaking a variety of tasks including system user account management, software deployment, 1st line remote desktop support.
Knowledge & skills:
Ability to maintain specific specialised technical knowledge, provide detailed advice regarding their application and execute specialised tasks.
Ability to diagnose technical issues, provided resolutions or workaround for incidents and problems in an ICT environment.
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and domains including active directory.
Demonstrable knowledge of a range of desktop hardware and software products including MS Office, email clients and web mail.
Working knowledge of network file and printing services.
Working knowledge of, or familiarity with Local Area Networks, network cabling and connectivity, home routers and switches.
Knowledge of Mobile devices, Smart phones.
Familiar with a range of productivity tools including video conferencing, instant messaging, WEBEX
