Birmingham based IT Solutions are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. Due to a growth in clients they need someone who has at least 6 months experience in providing 1st/2nd Line Support.
You will be the direct point of call for their clients. This is a Windows server environment. You will provide support primarily over the phone with occasional trips to client sites. As this is a client facing role you will need to possess good communication skills and have customer service abilities.
Skills/Experience needed:
Experience providing Desktop, Server and Network support
Minimum of 6 months experience providing 1st/2nd Line support
Citrix exposure would be advantageous
