Product Support – 1st Line

My client are looking for a Product Support Technician who has experience of the following;

* Management of customer ticketing and reporting using an established system
* First level application support for the product line and triage process for escalation where required
* Ownership of product release process and environments including website downloads
* Management of issuing licence keys
* Offering remote product support when needed

Any candidate who has exposure to the payments industry would be classed as advantageous, along with any knowledge of software development.

The client are looking for 1-2 years commercial experience and who are available on 1 months notice or less.
