1st Line IT Help Desk Support

Salary: £26,000 – £27,163.5 per year

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners Professional Support are currently recruiting for an experienced 1st Line IT Help Desk Support to join our client, based in Worksop. The offices are easily accessible from surrounding areas to in and can also be reached by public transport. The company is well known and is rapidly expanding so there is real opportunity for progression.

THE JOB:

Working as a part of the IT Fulfilment team the successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of call for all our staff members in store and on site.

• You will complete the initial diagnostics of all incidents and either resolve to the customers satisfaction using documented processes and procedures or escalate to second line support for further investigation
• You will provide remote assistance over the phone to our customers ensuring they receive a first-class service throughout their query
• You will work towards agreed SLA’s ensuring that the business or our customers are not negatively impacted
• You will be responsible for closing all calls on the service desk, ensuring that you speak with the customer and confirm their issue is resolved
• The working hours are a variety of Shifts between 07:30 in the morning to 19:30 in the evening Monday – Sunday.

THE PERSON:

• Call centre / customer service experience
• in working towards KPI’s
• Driven and enthusiastic towards the job role
• IT knowledge welcome but not essential
• Good phone manner
