An opportunity has arisen for a temporary 1st Line Customer Support Advisor to join this busy team.
You will be the first line support to customers who are utilising the Company’s IT software. The daily tasks include; answering the phones, taking and making notes of the problem details, logging the tickets and managing the ticket queue.
This role calls for:
Outstanding customer service
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
IT Literate with a good understanding of MS software
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
