My client a Leading Law firm is currently looking for a talented 1st/2nd line IT support technician to join their increasing and Dynamic IT Team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1st/ 2nd line IT support to join an established and reputable firm based in London.
About the role:
As 1st/2nd line IT support technician you shall be responsible for supporting technical IT systems and services to all business areas of working on new projects and maintenance work.
The 1st/2nd line Support technician will be responsible for Network Administration support including the management of User accounts, Groups, Printers, Network Shares and NTFS file permissions. As well as the Configuration of new/existing servers, Active directory and Exchange maintenance.
The 1st/2nd line IT support technician will be working with a core member of the IT Support Team and will assist the 3rd line technician and other IT Team Leaders in the research and delivery of systems that help improve business process.

- Web/Email Filtering
- VMware

- Bighand (desirable)
- Case management System (desirable)
