A leading B2B software solutionsprovider, who work with variousinsurance markets worldwide, are looking for self-motivated, inquisitive1st – 3rd Line Support Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting their award-winning application which manages the whole transaction between insurance providers and their customers.

Key skills:

  • Strong 1st -3rd line supportbackground
  • Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle
  • Exposure to an ITIL environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely personable and sociable

The roles are offering £21,600 – £42,000base salary plus competitive benefits. You will be based in their Bristol offices.
