Analyst – Fluent Spanish

The Role:

• Perform a wide variety of functions associated with the overall servicing of a large portfolio of commercial property loans.

• Portfolio Management

• Ensure active and fluid lines of communication are maintained at all times with all internal and external stakeholders so that they receive high quality loan servicing for all loans under management.

• Analysis of borrower financial / operating statements

• Review of all loan documentation

Experience Required:

• Previous Credit Analysis experience

• Excellent oral/written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and modelling skills.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to understand loan documentation and financing structures.

• Ability to work under pressure and to adhere to set deadlines.
