The Role

A 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer is required for this exciting opportunity with a forward thinking organisation. The 1st / 2nd Line Support- Urgent – Windows, Server, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper V, ArcServe, Cisco, MCSA, Routers, Switches, Networks will be working with the latest cutting edge technology. Your role will be a combination of the business as usual support and project work. As you will be part of a SME, you shall have the chance to wear many hats.

Training will be a key part of this role as the client is both a Citrix partner and Microsoft partner, so onsite training for qualifications is a key part of the job.

The ideal but not essential skillset for the 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will be:

• Windows 08 / 12 R2
• SQL
• Active Directory
• Office 365 / Exchange
• VMware / Hyper V
• Citrix
• Cisco
• Routers / switches

Desirable

• Microsoft Certified
• ArcServe
• Cisco Certified
