2nd Line IT Support Analyst/Consultant – Windows,Server,Exchange

IT Support Analyst/Consultant required for an award winning technology focused company in the Stevenage area paying up to 35k.

As well as supporting customers through a service desk (2nd line level) you will be expected to consult with clients on site meaning customer facing skills are important also. You will have the opportunity to progress through the company to 3rd line and full consultancy level.

The ideal candidate will have 1/2 years experience supporting the following technologies to 2nd line level.

Essential Skills

• Windows Server (up to 2012 ideally)
• MS Exchange (up to 2010 or 2013 ideally)
• TCP/IP

Desirable

• Apple Mac experience
• Virtual Environments (VMware or HyperV
• Avaya Telephony
