1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer – Wilmslow – £24 – 25K. My Client is an expanding company based in Wilmslow is seeking to a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer.
This is the ideal role for a focused 1st/ 2nd line support professional looking to join a dynamic company.
As a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite server support. You will be liaising with clients via the telephone; you will troubleshoot any hardware issues and provide crucial support for Windows based platforms. You will resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner and provide a first class level of service at all times.
The candidate must be able to drive and will be covering multiple sites. Salary will be 20K to 25K, Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange, iOS, Android, Citrix experience needed.
