1st / 2nd IT Support Engineer with french language skills is required a by growing manufacturing firm based in the Borehamwood Head Office paying up to £36,000 a 10% bonus, and working from home 1 day a week.
As the 1st / 2nd IT Support Engineer you’ll need to hit the ground running working in a Windows Environment providing up to 2nd line support for staff in the UK, France and Belgium. You will report directly to Business Support Manager and will join a busy thriving Business Support team. You will need to be a proactive team player and support various issues with windows and Microsoft based applications issues no 2 tickets are ever the same one call may be a password reset in France while the next call might be supporting someone in the office face to face with a conferencing issue.
Key skills and experience required:
- You must be confident speaking in French about IT related issues
- Office 365 deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019
- Experience dealing with MS Teams
- Knowledge of AzureAD and Active Directory
- Experience with Backup management
- Experience with Firewall / network infrastructure management
- Able to manage hardware and upgrades
- Experience with MDM deployment and management
- Excellent Customer service experience
