1st/2nd Line Support

We are recruiting for a successful IT support consultancy who are seeking a capable and technically minded 1st line support individual with strong customer service skills on a temporary ongoing basis.

Our client supports a vast array of clients around the South West and also offer home based computer solutions.

Your role will involve assisting with some key issues from their treasured clients in a friendly manner working from superb offices in central Bath.

This is a superb position and would suit someone who can work well by themselves and enjoys solving problems.

A year’s experience is required to be eligible for this position.
