1st & 2nd Line Support 2 Week Temporary Role

We are currently recruiting for 1st & 2nd Line support on a temporary basis from 20th May-3rd June

£26,000 per year
9.00am-5.00pm (Monday- Friday)

Job Role:

• Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary
• Dealing with account lockouts
• Diagnosing and resolvning technical issues
• Providing desktop and server support
• Supporting and maintaining MA Server/Desktops and MK Exchange
• Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
• Providing support for MAC PC’s and others

  Experience Required:

• Experience within Windows 8.1
