If you’re an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support analyst and on the lookout for a new contract, please read on! We are working with a great company on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for some additional IT Support for 4-6 months.
The company has a global presence; however you will be responsible for supporting the 100 or so UK based users.
You will work in an autonomous, technical, and collaborative environment, where you will be the first point of call for any IT issues. You will also be providing 2nd line support, with an escalation point above you for any 3rd line level tickets.
The Role:
- 1st and 2nd line support
- Hardware and Software Support
- Assist in the maintenance and management of the IT infrastructure
- Building and issuing IT Hardware
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
What are we looking for?
- Experience within a 1st / 2nd line role is essential
- Competent with Windows 10, AD, O365
- Happy to commute to Cambridge on a regular basis
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
