Position: 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Exeter

Salary: £24,000 – £31,200 + Benefits

Overview:

The position is primarily phone based and using remote connectivity. You will be responsible for solving customers’ IT problems via email and over the phone.

Technical Skills required:

  • MS Exchange (2007, 2010 preferably)
  • MS Server (2008 preferably)
  • Anti Virus Products
  • Backup Exec
  • Networking & Trouble shooting (Firewalls etc.)
  • MS Qualifications (desirable)
