Our client is a leading Telecoms company who are seeking a 1st line help desk support analyst.

Ideally you will have previous experience in helpdesk work or telephone customer service. You will be supporting customers on a range of technical issues and troubleshooting to resolve these issues.

Any technical skills including Windows, Linux and basic networking would be highly advantageous.

There are two positions currently available, one is a fixed term contact for 8 months, the other permanent.
