Senior Dental Receptionist (High End Private Practice) – Northwood

The client is a well established private cosmetic and general dental clinic based just outside of Northwood in Hertfordshire (HA postcode), they have many years of great success in their field and have plans for expansion into 2015 to bring even more people to the practice. They have a very low staff turnover and many of their staff have been there over 10 years. They were also winners at the Private Dentistry Awards recently.

They are looking to recruit a senior dental receptionist, you will be:-

• Based in Northwood (close to Moor Park) working Monday to Friday – 44 hours per week
• Also working 2 Saturdays a month
• Speaking with customers face to face and on the phone, booking appointments, taking payments, confirming and updating patient records, general admin and paperwork and be the first thing people see when they go into this private practice
• Also working closely with the dentists and specialists regarding referrals
• Using SoE dental software

Preferred Skills / background

• Good experience working previously as a dental receptionist in a private practice – someone from a cosmetic dentistry background would be perfect
• If you have experience working in a similar position for a high end medical or healthcare sectors you would also be considered
• You need good time keeping and organisational skills, have a flexible working attitude and good office based admin skills
• Good written and spoken English
• You need to be fully computer literate, having experience with SoE or a similar dental based database would ideally be needed
• You will need to be living within travelling distance to Moor Park. – London underground tube station 2 minute walk away, parking available on site

• £26,000 – £28,080per year (£25025-£27300 basic salary + money for working 2 Saturdays)
