Client Services Advisor – Homebased / Sheffield

Our leading client in Sheffield is looking for a Homebased Client Service Advisor, to work initially on a 6 month fixed-term basis, for 37.5 hours per week.

This role is homebased but does require candidates to be a reasonable distance from Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active UK wide company.

The salary is £26,000per annum with an immediate start date available. At the moment the client is offering a 6 Months Fixed Term Contract, and will actively review this and extend or offer permanent agreements in line with business needs.

As a Client Service Advisor, your role will include the following:

• Being on the front line
• Call handling
• Providing information and ensuring full customer satisfaction
• Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
• Work in a varied and fast-paced environment

Experience / skills required;

• Previous customer service skills and experience.
• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, listening to customers’ needs and requests providing helpful solutions to their problems.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and IT Solutions
• Diary management experience
• Ability to rationalise competing priorities
• Confident communicator
• Providing services to meet quality assurance targets
• Working to and maintaining Internal and external KPI`s
• Maintaining accurate customer service record
