Mechanical Estimator

Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading building services recruitment business for both MEP contractors and consultancies in the Yorkshire region. As part of their continuity plans, we have been engaged by our Client, a long-established building services contractor, to assist them with their recruitment of a Mechanical Estimator.

As a Mechanical Estimator, it will be your role to produce fast, accurate and competitive tenders. You will work alongside the design team and senior management to produce tenders for the business’s Clients using computerised estimation software. Projects will be both traditional tenders as well as design and build.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator for this role. You will be able to demonstrate a successful career history to date and will be in the market for genuine reasons. Most likely you will have gained your experience to date within an independently owned MEP contractor, however, you may be from one of the larger national “tier one” building services contractors and looking to join a smaller, more tight-knit, team. Wherever you have gained your mechanical estimation experience, if you are looking for a long-term career move within a well-established and growing business this is a role you should look at.
