Quality Inspector

Salary: £16.38 per hour

An innovative manufacturing company in Portadown who have become one of the fastest growing companies in Northern Ireland. Due to continued success and increasing orders they have a requirement for Quality Inspectors to join the team.

Your new role
To ensure that all products and subcomponents conform to the required quality and design standards. Responsible for identifying and raising non-conformances and any quality related areas for improvement to the operations and quality teams to ensure a prompt resolution. There are positions across goods in, final assembly and FAI.

Days Mon – Fri 6.30am – 2.30pm
£13.65 pr hr and tie and half for overtime

What you’ll need to succeed
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience using calibrated inspection measurement tools such as micrometres and callipers etc. Ability to perform inspections using inspection instructions and relevant documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Be capable of communicating quality and engineering criteria/issues to all levels of factory employees. You will also have awareness of how to conduct First Article Inspections.

£13.65 pr hr and time and half overtime
Dayshift hrs Mon – Fri 6.30am – 2.30pm
Temp with possibility of perm as extremely busy.
