Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Industrial Personnel are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Rotherham. This is a full-time position after a qualifying period.

Working in partnership with a well-established retail store. Our client puts customer service as its highest priority, ensuring all customers have an excellent buying experience. If you share the same passion, we would like to hear from you. Full training will be given.

Duties include:

* Serving Customers and advising on suitable products.

* Cleaning and tidying the store when necessary.

* Serving Customers and handling cash.

* Checking stock and stock replenishment.

* Ensuring all Customers have a positive buying experience.

The Hours:

* The hours of work are 3 on 3 off (including weekends).

* 9am to 5pm.
