Customer Liaison Officer

Salary: £13.54 per hour

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

Job Description

* To work within a multi-functional team of staff in delivering planned works across the City of Hull.

* Provide detailed advice by being the first point of contact for customers to obtain information about the timing and progress of the investment works being carried out to their homes to ensure customers understand their own role and involvement in the process.

* Ensure appointment are made with customers at each stage of the investment programme when access is needed to their home

* Enabling access to carry out these important works and working with all stakeholders towards this aim.

* Explain who will carry out the work and leave a company information pack

Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills (both customer face to face and via telephone)

* Excellent organisation skills

* Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience of Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel
