Salary: £44,400 – £54,000 per year

Our client is a growing membership organisation that brings communities together to drive change within their sector. Their mission is to make a positive difference and enhance inclusion within their sector. Already this organisation has made a real difference. This is a remote/ home based role. Leading the leading our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, the areas of the role are

• Assisting members / organisations create and build inclusive cultures where anyone can reach their potential. 
• Provide insightful leadership, research, guides, toolkits and planning to support D&I programs 
• Contribute to external research projects and white papers on various topics
• Write and deliver training modules with supporting materials on various topics. 
• Delivery of training via video and in person 
• Support and deliver consultancy/advice projects together 

Previous exposure 

• Experience of leading either a Diversity & Inclusion or cultural agenda
• D&I delivery of training delivery experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Problem solving / first class communication skills
• Reporting and report writing
• Project management experience
• Strong internal partner engagement and communication skills
