Recruitment Consultant

RDR is looking for Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter with an engineering background to establish their own desk.

This role is offered as a hybrid role with regular trips to the Middlesbrough office and client sites.

Key duties will include:

• Recruitment of temp/contract and permanent candidates 
• Register candidates to build talent pools
• Screening candidates
• Working to KPI’s
• Sales and business development
• Client visits
• Attending Team Meetings

Qualifications / Experience

• Relevant Recruitment Qualification (i.e. REC)
• Experience of recruiting for the engineering industry
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate
• Excellent telephone skills
