Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are currently looking to hire exceptional recruiters into our business here at Superior Recruitment Group. We are currently a small and nimble team and have had an excellent year despite the challenges that Covid-19 has brought. We see 2021 as a great opportunity to progress and grow again. Since our inception in 2018 we have supported clients in 11 countries providing recruitment services in England, Scotland, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Israel, Azerbaijan, Netherlands, Brazil.

We provide temporary, permanent, and executive search recruitment solutions, currently we are very strong in the Oil and Gas, Engineering, Back office support sectors including HR, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Sales, we have also supported clients in renewable energy and IT, both sectors we are very keen to grow.

At Superior we want you to focus on nothing other than clients and candidates, our office manager takes care of all administration, contracts, onboarding and payroll, so we solely want people to be talking and networking with great clients and candidates alike. Our bonus scheme is uncapped, our top biller in 2020 doubled their salary and more and we are happy to share and prove this information at interview stages with the right candidates.

We have sensible margin expectations, we have zero red tape when it comes to commercial agreements and flexibility, however we value our time hugely and merely want to work with clients that see the value in our time being invested.

* Uncapped Bonus system % of Margin

* £0-£10,000 = 8.5% – 10%

* £10,001 – £20,000 = 12.5% – 15%

* £20,001 – £25,000 = 16.5% – 18%

* £25,000+ = 20 – 22%

We build our service around their needs and we need more people to come in and replicate this service and grow our client base.
