Are you a Dutch speaking Technical Superintendent, Vessel Manager, 2nd Engineer or Chief Engineer with dry dock and surveying experience looking for a new position? I have an opportunity available for the position of Technical Superintendent to join an established shipping company in The Netherlands.

In order to be suitable for this role candidates must possess experience with either Tankers (Chemical / Oil / Product), Gas Carriers (LNG / LPG) or experience within the Offshore Support Sector.

Ideally you will have previously been in a position of Technical Superintendent however the company are willing to consider 2nd or Chief Engineers who have been involved in dry docks or vessel surveys (e.g. ISPS / ISM Audits).

It is essential that for this position you speak fluent Dutch.

Typical daily duties and responsibilities will include;

– Overseeing a couple of Gas LPG / LNG Tankers.
– Conducting vessel audits.
– Drydock / technical inspections.
– Overseeing the financial aspects of the fleet assigned to you.
