Press Machine Operator – Permanent

Salary: £26,000 – £31,044 per year

Our client are a leading UK wide manufacturing business based in the Washington area. They are looking to recruit a Press Operator on a permanent basis from day one, offering excellent progression opportunities within a fantastic family run business.

Duties include setting up semi-automated machinery, quality inspection, use of hand tools and logging information on a computer system. 

Previous working experience in a Machine Press environment is preferred. Experience of working in a manufacturing / production environment is the minimum requirement.

Shift hours of work are 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm/10pm-6am

£11.20 (after training) for earlies and backshift.

£12.20 (after training) for nightshift.

You will need live close to the area or have your own transport to ensure you can get to the 6am shift start.
