Team Leader – Garden Ponds & Water Features

We are now working with a fast growing Garden Pond and Water Feature design and installation business who are looking to appoint a Team Leader to manage on-going projects, freeing up the management to focus on new business development opportunities.

Based in Daventry and serving clients across the Midlands the successful Team Leader will report to the Managing Director and lead a growing team to deliver outstanding customer service and the highest levels of craftsmanship to their clients.

The ideal candidate for this Team Leader role will be respectful, fun and ready to build something amazing in the years to come, and also capable of finding and motivating a team of people with the desire to do the same.

Your attitude and passion for customer service as well as the amazing aquatic landscaping this client produces will be more important than your years of experience. You must be driven to produce a great experience for your clients’ every time.

What you need to be successful:

* A full UK driving license.
* A reliable and presentable vehicle.
* Excellent communications skills and command of spoken English.
* The ability to give direction, hold your team accountable and be accountable for your own performance.
* Project management experience in horticultural, landscaping or domestic construction environment.
* Your own mobile phone.
