A leading Consultancy led Contractor that specialise in the creation of unique and innovating spaces using modular build and modern methods of construction to drive evolution in the building industry.

THE ROLE
They are looking to expand and develop their Commercial Division due to multiple project wins within Department of Education, Ministry of Defence and Healthcare sectors with the hire of Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be helping with every aspect of your projects and have a hands-on approach. Have proven experience in managing similar projects for a consultancy or main contractor as well as leading to the achievement of all the agreed goals within the set scope, time, quality, and budget standards.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved with:
Lead the project and have complete accountability of projects through the project life cycle
Have proven experience working within a major consultancy or contractor and delivering Education, Defence or Healthcare projects
Must have a hands-on approach and experience in managing manging packages over £10m+
Managing contracts from Pre-contract to Handover
Report back to the Commercial Lead
Managing Sub-contractor payments
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
The Quantity Surveyor must have previous experience looking after contracts from pre-contract right through to Handover
Must have construction related degree
Past experience as Quantity Surveyor on Department of Education, Ministry of Defence or Healthcare
Experience of modular building desirable but not essential
