Senior Estimator

Salary: £84 per hour

Are you interested to join a £70 Million Turnover Groundworks & RC Frame Contractor with plans to hit £200 Million in the next 24 Months.

Joining at this exciting early stage you will be working alongside the contracts director and the owner for the group.

He or she will be expected to the roll the sleeves up and get in volved in an array of preconstruction / pricing activties from tenders, pricing, visiting prospect sites, reviewing construction methods for bids, programs and assising risk. 

You will have the ability to price from 1st principles be that earthworks, drainage or Reinforced Concrete Structures.

What are client is seeking from interested individuals 

• A key strength within civil engineering & self delivery projects 
• Some experience to bidding within the groundworks and RC sector 
• Strong communication skills and able to client face when needed 
• Open to whether you come from an Engineer or QS background as long as you have the technical knowledge needed 
• Can you defend a tender & bid when needed from management or the client?
