Technical Coordinator

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

Technical Coordinator – Residential

£45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance + Generous Benefits Package

My client is an award-winning residential developer who despite the current situation is extremely busy! With several schemes coming through planning and due to start in the next year they are looking to expand the design team and seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the business.

The growth plans in this region are huge, this is a key hire for them, and the successful Technical Coordinator will have a wealth of support and a clear path for progression.

Responsibilities

As the Technical Coordinator you will;

Manage a given site from the design stage to completion ensuring all technical approvals and permissions are obtained.

Assist the Land team with new acquisitions and assist in the discharge of planning conditions.

Co-ordinate submission of designs and securing technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38, and S278.

Have a strong understanding of Planning, Building Control, BREEAM, CODE Building for life, HQI, NHBC, and SBD information/requirements.

A clear passion for construction and someone who takes a hands-on approach to their work.

Previous experience working for a housebuilder as a Technical Coordinator.

Track record of delivering residential schemes on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Good level of IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel & Word,

Educated to HND/HNC level or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package
