Technical Coordinator

Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 per year

Established Housebuilder looking to strengthen their technical team with the addition of an experienced Technical Coordinator to technically project manage multiple new-build housing sites from feasibility stage, through the construction process, to adoption. A very well-established independent housebuilder looking to increase production in the Midlands at a sensible rate with an emphasis on producing quality and open-market homes.

A varied day-to-day role will include; leading the pre-construction process via the project teams from handover to completion, budget control and financial modelling of multiple projects, coordination with land and new business departments on new sites from land acquisition to preconstruction, review of financial viabilities for proposed developments, working with legal on conveyancing, section agreements, freehold transfers etc. The ideal candidate will currently occupy a technical coordination(architectural or engineering bias) role within the new-build housing industry(open market or affordable). 

Realistic in their need to incentivise the best candidates, salary will be considered on a case-by-case basis + Car, Pension, and Bonus.
