We are a private health insurance broker, looking to appoint a Health Insurance Sales Advisor to help clients find the right health insurance cover by reviewing the health insurance market and offering personal advice about the right health insurance plan that will best fit their personal circumstances, all in an FCA compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Advisor

The key responsibilities of a Sales Advisor include, but are not limited to:

• Converting sales leads and inbound enquires into sales.
• After-sales administration.
• Following through enquires until completion.
• Liaising with insurers and underwriters.
• Dealing with the renewal of policies.
• Remaining compliant under FCA guidelines.
• Using our CRM system (Salesforce).

The Person Sales Advisor

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Advisor are:

• Previous experience in a sales ideal but happy to discuss.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to use client and product information to provide a consultative service.
• Able to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment and meet KPI expectations.
• Result-driven attitude and motivated to excel in their role.
• Optional: experience in a regulated environment, preferably within the health insurance or life insurance market. Full product training can be provided if required.
