In essence my client is looking for a couple of people that understand that the more business you do the more money you take home.

Starting salaries are around £15000 for inexperienced people and go up to £17000 for someone with a couple of years of sales behind them. Regardless of previous experience you could still earn £6000 a year in commission with the right attitude.
