Store Manager – Creative Product

ROLE: Store Manager – Creative British Product
SALARY: £30,000 – £33,600 + Bonus Scheme 
LOCATION: Leicester Square

We are seeking an individual that has a fantastic networking skills to drive sales and engage with the creative community. We seek individuals that are very commercial but have warmth and can create a positive and driven team to ensure the store delivers not only in figures but high customer service levels.

We are seeking a Store Manager that has a creative eye and one that has trained or partakes in creative activities.

You must be able to inspire, develop and motivate a team, create a ‘customer experience` and drive the store and build a reputation with the local community.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years` experience as a Store Manager and be ready to develop your career further. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm. Previous experience of a blue chip retail brand would be highly advantageous but is not essential. You will need to be a strong and experienced retail manager with a passion for providing the highest quality customer service. 

– An interest for creative environments and practices – Art, Graphics, Photography, Sculpture, Fine Art or Crafts is ideal!
– Excellent man-management, training and development skills.

You will currently be working as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Senior Manager, Flagship Manager of a £1m + turnover store.
