ROLE: 
They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and driven Claims Handler to join their Insurance Services within their Head Office in Leicester. 

The Claims Handler role is challenged to handle insurance jewellery and watch replacement claims received from contracted insurance companies to Aurum Holdings under the brand name of Hallmark Claims Service. The Claims handler is representing Hallmark and must be able to deliver every customer with a ‘world class customer experience` balanced with meeting the contractual service requirements of the insurance company. 

This is executed by working closely with all areas of the operation within Millfield house, undertaking the operational duties to efficiently case handle each assigned claim to a settlement with the network of Hallmark retail stores. The result of which is a conversion of a claim to a settlement.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Customer Service experience, with good IT and Data Entry skills.
c) Excellent communication skills.
d) Professional approach and attitude.
e) Good time management skills, with the ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Jewellery knowledge is an advantage.
b) Insurance claims experience in a retail environment desirable.
