Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
Claims handers, Huddersfield, no evenings or weekends £19,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
A leading automotive business is growing fast and they’re looking for two Claims Handlers to steer them to further success.
These are permanent customer-focused role, and in addition to job security, they are offering daytime shifts with no weekends. You will be working 8-hour days Monday to Friday on an 08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00 shift pattern with some flexibility.
In addition, you’ll be joining a friendly company who take care of their people with free refreshments, free car parking and a generous holiday allowance that increases with length of the service.
As a Claims Handler here, you’ll need previous experience in a Claims or Call Centre. You will be able to manage queries through to resolution and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
As a Claims Advisor you will be passionate about customer satisfaction and thrive on going the extra mile to exceed expectations. You will be a team player who is committed to doing well and wants to grow and develop in the role and build a successful career.
The salary for this role will be £26,000 – £26,400per year depending on experience.
Please note, that due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete several security checks, including a basic DBS disclosure and references.
