Electrical Installations Technical Trainer

Salary: £40,800 per year

We are working with a large education provider in the West Midlands who are looking for a Electrical installations Technical Trainer to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable training and education provider, who have lots of clients in the manufacturing industry. It is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm, and there is the potential to leave early on Fridays as well, as the centre closes at 1pm.

The job role would consist of you delivering training to Electrical learners at the provider’s dedicated engineering training centre in the West Midlands. You would be asked to teach in the workshop on subjects such as Basic Electrical Systems.

The training provider are offering a starting salary of up to a maximum of £40,800 per annum for this position, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

-A level 3 Electrical qualification OR a time-served Electrician

-Experience of working within industry

-A teaching qualification OR some experience of training delivery
