We may well have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a dedicated Comfort Expert/ Sales Assistant to join our very special team

Location: Brighton, East Sussex, BN3 7BA.

Hours: Part Time: 16 hours per week 

Main Responsibilities

As a Comfort Expert/ Sales Assistant you’ll be passionately talking to our customers about our hand-crafted and innovative furniture, for which we have proudly received a Queen’s Award for Innovation and advising them on the right solution to meet their needs, either in the store or in the customer’s home.

You’ll put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You’ll be the kind of person who recognises that exceptional customer service starts with you. You’ll have empathy, compassion and be an expert in listening to our customers, turning those moments into exceptional experiences for our customers, ‘changing the way people think and feel about comfort.’ You’ll have a desire to continually improve your skills, taking on feedback and happily supporting your team to be the very best team they can be. Whatever your previous work experience, we value your individual skills above everything else and having the ability to build rapport with our customers and earn their trust is far more important to us, than having worked in a retail environment previously.
