Estimator – an established privately-owned construction business is searching for an Estimator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to join a leading construction group delivering award-winning new build housing, commercial and education projects.

Key Duties:
– Evaluate / understand documents and effectively brief the team on risks
– Plan and prioritise tasks to ensure all net cost estimates are processed efficiently
– Summarise key project particulars and risks in advance of each bid launch meeting
– Engage the supply chain in each bid
– Ensure sub-contractor and supplier enquiries for each bid are sent, monitored, and reviewed
– Hold reviews with the bid team to report on progress, enquiries, and tender programme
– Submit bids on time and be fully compliant
– To manage the response to post tender queries in close liaison with bid team members
– To undertake a full handover, complete with budget to the satisfaction of the relevant team
