Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

Estimator | £60,000 – £70,000 | London | Fit Out & Interiors | Permanent

With over 20 years of experience and a large percentage of repeat business as part of their portfolio, this leading main contractor specialises in commercial office design and build fit out projects.

An experienced Estimator is now required to join their team and help the business pitch for and win more business, estimating CAT A and CAT B fit out projects, refurbishments and small works.

The Estimator will take an important role within the team taking responsibility for cost and design coordination, risk identification and handing over projects the delivery team.

Estimator – key responsibilities and duties:

* Produce fit out and cost proposals in a timely manner

* Develop proposals which capture specifications and associated costs of schemes

* Conduct site visits

* Production of pitch material including building due diligence

* Set and agree deadlines

* Coordinate closely with the design and sales team

Estimator – qualifications, skills and experience

* Comprehensive experience in an Estimator capacity

* Strong construction background with an awareness of D&B sales process

* Technical understanding of multiple trades

* Selfmotivated and highly ambitious

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
