Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Business Development & Projects Manager – Northern England / Midlands

Redkite Engineering Recruitment is working with a Global Manufacturer within the Material Handling (Logistics) sector to assist them in their search for a Business Development Project Manager ideally based in the North of England or the Midlands.

This company has been going for over 100 years and are a global leading providing top quality power transmission belts, sophisticated conveyor and processing belts as well as plastic modular, timing and flat belts made of synthetic materials.

The Position:

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the Head of Business Development and Projects.

If you are goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices we would like to speak with you.

Ideally a graduate calibre candidate (or equivalent) with experience of new business development within a business-to-business environment where you have proven experience of meeting with and presenting to clients face to face.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

You will have additional new business focussed responsibilities, generating opportunities through and conducting sales visits to potential customers.

This role will include frequent travel across the UK including overnight stays. Hours may include evenings and weekends where the role requires.
