We are currently recruiting on behalf of the client foe a HR Advisor based in Washington
Client: Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service
Address: Nissan Way, Washington
Shift Start: 09:00
Shift End: 17:00
Duration: initially until the end of June
Rate: £17.36 per hour
Role:
To assist the HR Services Manager in providing professional and comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements which support the delivery of HR Strategies.
Person Specification:
• Degree or equivalent in an HR related subject or substantial work experience relevant to the role.
• Level A&B Psychometric Testing or equivalent or working towards.
• Member of an HR related body or working towards e.g. CIPD
• Experience of Supervising a team
• Manage Disciplinary/grievance and absence management processes
