HR Advisor

Salary: £33,600 per year

Page Personnel are currently partnering with an exciting retail business, based in Deeside, near Chester, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. Working on an adviceline, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers, as well as supporting HR Case Managers with employee relations cases.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Working as part of the adviceline team to provide advice and guidance to employees and line managers across the business
• Managing and resolving HR related queries
• Supporting line managers with the absence management process
• Assisting in HR administration tasks
• Proactively identify potential HR process improvements
• Working alongside HR Case Managers to ensure all employee relations cases are managed effectively
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

• A proven track record from within a busy HR environment
• CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
• An excellent knowledge of employment law and legislation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• A positive outlook and genuine desire to learn
