Compliance Officer

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Excell Supply is leading the way in education recruitment working with over 350 schools across North Wales, Wirral & Cheshire.
We have recently developed our systems which have seen us enhance our centralised candidate resourcing and on-boarding teams to provide a seamless candidate experience across the education sector. As the growth of supply staff across the area increases at a rapid pace, we are now looking for a Compliance officer to join our compliance team in our Mold office.
The compliance officers work to support the account managers and are the point of contact for every candidate going through our compliance procedures, ensuring that they are well informed and in contact all the way through the process. Our compliance team ensure that each of our temporary workers files are maintained to ensure compliance with our customer needs; this includes running DBS checks, Right to Work and referencing whilst adhering to our Gold standard award with the REC.

Role Purpose;
• Work within a team of compliance administrators to ensure our temporary workers are compliant and safe to work within the education sector such as DBS checks, Right to Work checks and referencing.
• Main point of contact for candidates registering with us.
• Adhere to current operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
You should have;
• Good general level of education (Minimum A – C in Maths & English at GCSE or equivalent)
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
• Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to investigate and manage complaints
• Strong customer service skills
Package
Basic Salary: £26,000 – £30,000depending on experience (neg)
Excellent Commission
Office hours 830am-5pm, Reduced hours during non-term time
Employee benefits package including Private Healthcare after a qualifying period
25 days annual leave
